3rd August Regatta Weekend, Wicklow town from 12-5pm for food, bar open til late. Free Admission

An Indian Thali, full of fresh authentic flavors. Why have one dish, when you can try many! Pop down to the Wicklow Sailing Club on Saturday the 3rd August to celebrate the Wicklow Regatta Festival with live music and drinks from the bar. We’ll be serving food outside the sailing club from 12pm! Free admission

I’ll working alongside the fablously talented Martina Crinnion to bring you an evening of Authentic Indian Street Food.  We’ll be outside cooking ups some serious flavours, straight from the streets of Punjab, India. Food will be served between 4-8pm, bar will be open until late.  So stay, grab a drink from the bar and enjoy the music.

2 hour Seafood and Curry workshop

Seafood and curry is a delicious combination, healthy and quick it’s perfect for a midweek dinner or a special occasion. In this workshop you get to sit back, take notes and enjoy tasters of my seafood menu. A take home recipe card to recreate the recipes with ease. This will be a small class, numbers will be limited, so if your interested do book early. As usual, It’s a two hour workshop and cost €20🎉

2 hour Pancake Making Workshop

And we’re live! Our first joint venture with The Cool Foods School is available now. We are going to run a cookery workshop for kids (from age 6+) making pancakes with both a healthy and an Indian twist. It’s on Saturday 2nd March from 11am – 1pm. The cost is €25/child and spaces are limited so book early! It’s in Rathnew in Sukhi’s commercial kitchen. Can’t wait to taste all the delicious pancakes 😋! Please bring an apron and Tupperware Incase we have any pancakes left!

Learn the techniques required to temper spices and flavour one of India’s most popular lentil curry, Dhal. In this Workshop you will gain the knowledge and skill required to make a delicious base for the Dhal and taste what we make with at the end of the class. I will be sharing with you recipes that have been in our family for generations and the skills my mother taught me. All materials are included, just bring an apron.
